Our dual layered, continuous steel cord design eliminates any weak points around the track. It also prevents warping that you may see in other replacement tracks due to improper curing and loosely wrapped inner steel cords.

The purpose of our dual layered design is to allow for sufficient flexibility on the inside of the track and a more durable outer layer that helps protect against chunking and premature ware.

You’ll also find that we offer one of the highest durometer ratings for the outside layer of our Bobcat tracks. Having this harder layer will greatly increase the service life and lower the risk of harmful gouges from unforeseen hazards such as sharp rocks and rebar.

Should severing or gouging occur, we’ve take an extra step by reinforcing our steel cords with nearly a quarter inch wrapped vulcanized rubber that acts as a bullet proof vest for the inner cords. It also features another barrier against weather should the inner cords become exposed near the end of the product’s service life.

C-Lug: This OEM style tread pattern used by Bobcat is one of their more aggressive patterns. It’s excellent for operating in soft, wet conditions.

EXT: You want traction? You got it! This “extreme terrain” tread design is ideal for operating in mud and snow. Its performance on steep wet slopes is second to none.

RD: The staggered block tread greatly reduces vibration providing a softer, smoother ride for operator without the lost of floatation and traction.
