Flat Proof Solutions
Pro-Flex Aperture:
Prowler’s new Pro-Flex “Progressive Flex” technology has taken the aperture tire design to another level with a new approach to the flexible design of semi-pneumatic tires. Most Flat proof skid steer tires have two designs, single or double aperture. Single hole aperture designs often work well under a heavy load but are nearly as stiff as foam filled tires. Conventional Two hole aperture often ride well but can fold under heavy loads. Over time stress cracks can appear from the constant folding, and uneven collapsing of the tire and holes. Prowler’s PRO-FLEX tire overcomes both of these issues with “Progressive Flex” design. This is the only aperture tire available with large and small aperture holes strategically engineered and positioned to have a cushioned ride but withstand the heaviest loads. The larger diameter aperture holes on the outside provide a softer ride while the smaller inner aperture holes help support the heavier loads. The result, a tire that provides an excellent ride but wont “fold” under pressure.

Armortec Series:
Prowler's pneumatic tire range is based across a variety of needs. From resellers and moderate users Armortec series tire can be matched with your needs. With 10,12, and 14 ply solutions (according to size) that fits your budget. Equipment and resellers or end users that have acquired machines that have foam filled, old worn out solids or just beat up rims can buy complete already mounted color matched wheel and tire combinations. Delivered in just a few days saving time, money, and hassle.
Armortec series tires come in 10, 12, and 14, ply depending on the size of the tire. Armortec series tire have proved to be the most cost effective solution for replacement skid steer tires in the 5 years more Armortec wheel and tire combinations been sold in every part of the country. Prowler can also customer build rims to fit virtually any machine. If the specifications cannot be obtained, your old wheel can even be used as a template to build new wheels. Armortec Skid Steer tires Come in Standard R-4 Tread and Non-Directional for different applications. Standard R-4 for Dirt and Mud , and Non Directional for dirt and hard surface. Armortec tires are standard sidewall reinforced with rim-guard.
Xtra-Wall Series:
Prowler now offers a new lineup to our skid steer tire line up. The Xtra-Wall skid steer tire is a direct compatible replacement for the Heavy-Duty series tires coming OEM on many larger higher powered machines. Tires such as Bobcat brand Heavy-Wall, Dico 2000 HD, Titan Series HD, and others. There is nearly no replacement tire available to replace these heavy duty tires without going back to a the dealer and paying premium price. Prowler now offers the same high quality OEM tires and for far less than the OEM vendors. Xtrawall tires are also available in the Standard R4 Tread and SKZ Non Directional Lifemaster series.
Heavy Duty Rims:
Prowler offers Heavy duty replacement skid-steer wheels for all makes and models of skid steer loaders. Prowler's Super Duty skid steer rims are have a 3/8” steel center that is welded 360º for maximum strength. This type of bolt center is virtually unbreakable making it the ideal wheel for use on foam filled skid steer tires. Strength and quality is not always expensive. Super Duty skid steer wheels are not just stronger than OEM but cost less.
